In our lobby, there is large saying on the wall “If you don’t know where you’re going, any road will get you there”. Integrated-marketing communications require written plans that pull together all of the communications channels, strategies, details, responsibilities, and accountabilities. It’s the road map to get you where you want to go. We all know that good marketing plans always include the “4-Ps” of marketing, but in todays world the “5th-P” is participation. Planned participation of all interactive and social channels are an integral part of any plan. We’ve had lots of experience developing and implementing truly integrated marketing communication plans.
